Current Openings

Due to company growth we are seeking solar consultants to join our team.  The ideal candidates will be skilled in solar electric, solar hot water, and solar pool heating estimating and consultative sales.  Excellent computer and internet literacy required including Microsoft Office.  These positions can be part or full time depending on geography.  Compensation is hourly plus bonus based including  basic expense reimbursement.

Some additional desired characteristics are:

• Be a highly motivated self-starter committed to quality work.
• Be willing and physically able to work in extreme environments (hot sun, crawl spaces & attics).
• Be able to and comfortable working on roofs.
• Must have a personal vehicle suitable for carrying a ladder.
• NABCEP certification and/or taken solar specific classes (like Pima Community College's offerings) 

A positive and professional attitude, a great work ethic, absolute integrity, lots of initiative, a team player, excellent communication skills, and being highly dependable are some of the key characteristics required to be a long term member of our team.
